Rosalie Molaison, MBA, a commencé sa carrière en 2014 en tant qu'assistante au développement des ventes chez Le Télégramme. En 2016, elle a rejoint Ancia | Agence de recrutement en tant que conseillère en recrutement. En 2018, elle a rejoint SNC-Lavalin en tant que conseillère en recrutement et en 2021, elle est devenue partenaire d'affaires - Talents, Culture et Développement organisationnel chez Rocky Mountain. Dans ce rôle, elle est en mission pour trouver les plus grands talents pour aider à construire les meilleurs vélos au monde.

Rosalie Molaison has a diverse educational background. Rosalie obtained their Études collégiales in Gestion de commerces from Cégep Garneau between 2011 and 2014. Rosalie then went on to pursue a Baccalauréat in Relations industrielles from Université Laval between 2014 and 2018. In 2019, they began a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Université Laval and completed it in 2021. In 2020, they also completed an MBA from Stellenbosch University.
