Kadi Larson has a strong background in healthcare with a focus on respiratory therapy. Kadi started their career at Davis Hospital in 2001 as a Respiratory Therapist, where they gained valuable clinical experience and developed skills in patient care and ethics. In 2012, they joined Rocky Mountain Care and took on the role of Director of Respiratory. Throughout their 7 years at the company, they played a crucial role in various areas such as developing business strategies, managing Vent/Trach units, improving re-hospitalization rates, and leading their staff to provide exceptional care. Kadi also recruited physicians, negotiated contracts, and directed improvement projects to increase efficiency. In August 2021, Kadi was promoted to the position of VP of Care Management at Rocky Mountain Care.
