Ingrid de Ruiter

Ingrid De Ruiter has extensive experience in early childhood care and community service, serving as an Exempt Care Specialist at the Colorado Department of Human Services, Division of Early Care & Learning since June 1995. Additionally, Ingrid has held the position of Certified Lay Minister with the Rocky Mountain Conference of The United Methodist Church since May 2013, demonstrating a commitment to both child welfare and community engagement.
