Ryan Bronson

Director Of Government Affairs at Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation

Ryan Bronson serves as the Director of Government Affairs for the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation since April 2021. With a strong background in conservation and wildlife policy, Ryan was previously the Chairman of the Board for Pass It On - Outdoor Mentors, Inc. until June 2023, where leadership facilitated mentorship programs connecting youth with outdoor experiences. Ryan also worked as a Policy Consultant for Bronson Conservation Strategies LLC and held roles as Director of Conservation and Public Policy at Vista Outdoor Inc. and Conservation and Public Policy Manager at ATK Sporting. Ryan's board member experience includes significant contributions to the Mule Deer Foundation and the National Deer Alliance. Additionally, as a former Hunter Recruitment and Retention Supervisor at the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, Ryan developed initiatives to enhance hunting participation. Educationally, Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a focus on wildlife from Bemidji State University, graduating Cum Laude.
