Santiana Van Maldeghem

Santiana Van Maldeghem joined Rocky Mountain PACE in 2020. Santiana completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Regis University in Denver in 2015. She has five years of diverse experiences, as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice. She has 11 years of nursing experience in neuro to include traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injuries as well as home health and case management. Her goal of patient care is to work together with her participants and families as a team to reach the best outcomes possible. She resides in Castle Rock with her husband and twin boys. She enjoys anything outdoors, loves to cook and spend time with her family near and far.
