Adija Diamant currently serves as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager at Rocky Mountain Human Services since April 2017, following a role as Service Coordinator providing case management for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Previous experience includes serving as an Instructional Facilitator at the Financial Health Institute, where Adija facilitated courses aimed at underrepresented adults, and as an Instructor for the Adult 360 Program at Rocky Mountain Human Services, focusing on job readiness skills. Earlier in Adija's career, creative project management was undertaken at Calvary Bible Church as a Creative Services Producer, where responsibilities included designing productions and training volunteers. Adija holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Directing and Theatrical Production from the University of Colorado Boulder and an Associate of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the Community College of Denver. Further educational background includes studies at Metropolitan State University of Denver and Denver Seminary.
