Erifili Draklellis is a seasoned professional in community engagement and environmental policy with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Community Engagement & Benefits at RMI since July 2020, Erifili has also held roles as Senior Associate and Associate within the same organization. Prior experience includes work at the NYC Office of the Mayor, where Erifili designed Net Zero Emissions building policies to support Mayor Bill de Blasio's C40 Cities commitment. Additional engagements include a Graduate Consultant position at the Coalition for Green Capital, and a Program Fellow role at the Pennsylvania Environmental Council, where efforts focused on regional conservation initiatives. Educational background includes a Master of Public Administration in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University and a B.S. in Earth Science with an Energy Focus from Penn State University, complemented by certifications from Reykjavik University and DeSales University.
