Kaitlyn Bunker, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of the Climate Finance Access Network at RMI, where the focus is on facilitating access to climate finance in developing countries. Previously, Kaitlyn led the Islands Energy Program, managing a team dedicated to supporting clean energy transitions in Caribbean islands through energy modeling, technical analysis, and project de-risking. Kaitlyn's prior experience includes positions at HOMER Energy, where development of an Application Programming Interface (API) was a key responsibility, as well as internships at Commonwealth Associates and General Motors, where involvement ranged from wind integration studies to supervising assembly line operations and maintenance projects. Kaitlyn holds a Doctor of Philosophy, a Master of Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
