Glen Parkes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, product management, and quality assurance across various sectors. Currently serving as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Vontier since March 2022, Glen focuses on driving growth and addressing complex customer challenges through innovative solutions. Simultaneously, Glen volunteers as an Entrepreneur Coach/Mentor at the Rocky Mountain MicroFinance Institute. Prior to these roles, Glen held significant positions at Baker Hughes as the Digital Product Line Director and Intrapreneur, overseeing a portfolio that includes advanced monitoring platforms for industrial applications. Glen's background at GE Oil & Gas encompasses leadership roles in global projects, business process improvement, and supplier quality management, alongside earlier experiences at BG Group, Lotus Cars, and Jaguar Land Rover. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship Management & Innovation at the University of Bath, Glen also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business & Quality Management from Nottingham Trent University.
