Kelly Flink is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in audience development and creative services. Currently serving as the Chief Audience Development Officer at Rocky Mountain PBS since March 2018, Kelly leads marketing and creative teams to enhance audience engagement and brand recognition across multiple platforms, including Rocky Mountain PBS Kids and KUVO JAZZ. Prior roles at Rocky Mountain PBS include Vice President of Creative Services, where strategic marketing innovations were encouraged, and the inaugural Director of Creative Services, responsible for establishing the department. Earlier career highlights include working as an Investigative Video Journalist on an award-winning show, and various roles at The E.W. Scripps Company and KMGH-TV, showcasing expertise in video editing, production, and graphic design. Kelly holds a BA in Liberal Arts with a focus on Social Sciences from Colorado State University.
