Skylar Graybill

Skylar Graybill is an experienced Operations Manager at Rocky Mountain Power since June 2021, with a robust background in performance management and scheduling from previous roles at Southern California Edison, where positions included Operations Supervisor and Performance Resource Supervisor from February 2011 to June 2021. Additionally, Skylar served as a Scheduling Supervisor and gained valuable leadership experience in the United States Marine Corps from November 1996 to February 2004. Skylar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University and a UAV license from the Federal Aviation Administration, as well as general studies education from Allan Hancock College.
