Aaron Osterbeal

Aaron Osterbeal currently serves as the Assistant Principal of Instruction at Rocky Mountain Prep since July 2023. Prior to this role, Aaron held various positions at STRIVE Preparatory Schools from July 2013 to September 2023, including Interim Principal, Athletic Director, Assistant Principal, and Dean of Students. Aaron's experience also includes work at Regis Groff Campus, Phoenix Charter Academy, and the Montessori School of Wooster, where responsibilities ranged from student support and curriculum development to athletics and school administration. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from The College of Wooster and has contributed to educational improvements through innovative strategies and mentorship programs aimed at at-risk students. Publications include a Senior Independent Thesis focused on the academic success factors for low and moderately low-income students.
