Karina Birch

Karina Birch is the Owner and CEO of Rocky Mountain Soap Company, an all-natural beauty company, a position held since January 2000. From 2009 to 2019, Karina was a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization and served as a business mentor for the first cohort of startups at The Accelerator from November 2016 to March 2017, which is a five-month program for Canadian seed-stage tech startups. Karina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Alberta (1994-1998) and completed the OPM 49 program at Harvard Business School between 2015 and 2017.
