Frederick Vatter

Frederick Vatter has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Frederick started their career in 1990 at BMW of North America where they held various roles including Quality Control Manager, Technician, and Service Consultant. In 1997, they worked as a Customer Service Manager/Dealer Development at Leith Automotive Group. From 1998 to 2005, they were a Senior Estimator and Manager at Kenny Hawkins Automotive, Inc.

In 2005, Frederick joined McAllister Equipment Inc. as a Fixed Operations Manager and Senior Management member. Frederick managed product support employees and achieved the #1 customer satisfaction franchise in North America in 2009 and 2010.

From 2011 to 2015, Frederick worked at Teton Motors Inc. as a Manager of the dealership collision center. Frederick increased sales, profit margin, and overall dealership expense absorption, earning top rankings in NADA 20 Group dealership ranking and with multiple insurance companies in the market.

In 2015, they became the General Manager of Legacy Classic Trucks, where they managed a restoration and custom automotive fabrication shop. Frederick implemented an in-house paint and body shop and production software, producing high-end bespoke vintage vehicles.

In 2016, Frederick joined Rocky Mountain Yeti Group as a Fixed Operations Director, providing fixed operation management support for five locations. Frederick focused on absorption costing and profit margin maintenance. Frederick also took on the role of New Business Development/Sales from 2019 till present.

In 2015, Frederick established their own consulting company, specializing in profit and loss management solutions for the automotive service industry. Frederick continues to provide consulting services.

Frederick Vatter's education history includes studying Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician at Audi of North America and BMW of North America. Frederick also pursued a degree in Dealership Development at BMW of North America and completed a Dealer Development program at FCA US LLC. Additionally, Frederick studied Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician at Porsche of North America. Lastly, they earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from SUNY Morrisville and studied Communications, Radio and Television Broadcasting at SUNY Westchester Community College.
