Ashley W.

Ashley W. has extensive work experience in the revenue management field. Ashley is currently working as the Vice President of Revenue Maximization at Rocky Mountaineer since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Revenue Management at Pursuit Collection from May 2021 to August 2022. Ashley also worked as a Consultant at RAW Strategic Revenue Management from October 2019 to August 2022.

Before joining Pursuit Collection, Ashley held the position of Director of Revenue Management at Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites Conference Centre & Spa from July 2020 to April 2021. Ashley also worked at Pursuit Collection as the Regional Director of Revenue Management from May 2016 to October 2019. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing revenue and yield growth strategies for properties in Banff and Jasper National Parks.

Earlier in their career, Ashley worked at Group Germain Hotels as the Director of Sales in Calgary from June 2011 to September 2012. Ashley successfully increased market share, ADR, and RevPar through business development, OTAs, and yield management. Ashley also worked as a Catering Sales Manager at Group Germain Hotels from March 2011 to June 2011.

Ashley's work experience also includes a Sales Manager position at Sandman Hotel & Suites Calgary Airport from May 2010 to March 2011. Ashley started their career at Novotel hotels, where they served as a Catering/Group Sales Manager from February 2007 to January 2010 and as a Banquet Captain from October 2005 to February 2007.

Ashley W. attended Bishop's University from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a BA degree in History. Ashley also completed a certification in Hotel Industry Analytics from the AHLEI - American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.
