Stephanie Mulder possesses extensive experience in customer service and operations management, currently serving as Manager of Product Optimization at Rocky Mountaineer since March 2021. Previous roles at Rocky Mountaineer include Systems and Process Improvement Manager and Guest and Product Operations Coordinator. Mulder also gained experience as a Bakery Manager in Training at Save-On-Foods and has held various positions at Rocky Mountaineer, including Destination Support Assistant and Destination Host, where exceptional guest service was paramount. Additional experience includes working as a Working Artisan at Under the Umbrella and serving in guest services at Grouse Mountain. Mulder's educational background includes two Associate’s Degrees from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, one in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering, and another in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician.
