Dean Ogan is the owner of Rocky Top Hospitality, a catering company in Knoxville, Tennessee. Dean has over 30 years of experience in the food industry, starting their career as a chef before moving into management.
Dean's first restaurant was Michael Dean's Seafood Grill, which they opened in 1997. Dean then worked as a general manager and kitchen manager at Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc. for ten years. After that, they started their own catering company, Rocky Top Catering. Dean then bought Rocky Top Hospitality in 2013 and has been running it ever since.
Dean is a highly experienced and successful restaurateur. Dean has won numerous awards for their food and has been featured in many publications. Dean is a member of the American Culinary Federation and the National Restaurant Association.
Dean Ogan was educated at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
