Devin Lafleche

Devin LaFleche is a Regional Planning Strategist at Rocky View County since October 2022, previously serving in various roles with the Town of Cochrane, Alberta, from April 2018 to October 2022, including Sustainability & Transit Coordinator. Notably, Devin led the design and implementation of COLT, North America's first fully on-demand local transit service, focusing on project management, data analysis, community engagement, and funding acquisition. Earlier experience includes a role as Planning Research Summer Student at the City of Calgary, a Travel Agent for Flight Centre Travel Group, and a Branch Manager/Teacher at Inter-Act Speaking Center. Devin's educational background features a Master of Urban Planning from McGill University and a Bachelor of Arts & Science from Concordia University.
