Harry Novic

Harry Novic is the Founder and CEO of Rocky.ai - Rocky Robots LTD since January 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Global Samsung Key Account Management at Festo from January 2018 until December 2018. From January 2017 to December 2017, they held the position of Technical Director & Head of North-Asia Industry Segment Management - Electronics and Light Assembly at Festo. From October 2013 to December 2016, they were the Head of Asia-Pacific Industry Segment Management Electronics and Light Assembly at Festo. Harry also worked as the Industry Segment Management Asia - Automotive and Electronics at Festo from August 2011 to December 2013. Before joining Festo, Harry was a Senior Product Manager at Festo from March 2003 to August 2011. In addition, they worked as an Independent Entrepreneur - Startup E-Commerce at WebEmotions from October 2002 to July 2003, and as a Development Engineer - Internship at Siemens from February 2002 to September 2002. Lastly, they served as a Development Engineer at comMouse from January 2000 to January 2002.

Harry Novic completed their education in two stages. From 1999 to 2003, they attended Hochschule Furtwangen, where they pursued a degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering, with a focus on Computer Science. Harry successfully graduated with a Dipl. Ing (FH) degree, which is the German equivalent of a Bachelor's degree with honours status.

Afterward, Harry pursued further education at Henley Business School from 2008 to 2010. There, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA), focusing on Strategic Direction, Strategic Marketing, and People Management.
