Richard Tamparong

Richard Tamparong has a diverse work experience that includes roles in service development, social media management, graphic design, and teaching. Richard is currently working as a ServiceNow Developer at Rococo Co., Ltd. since February 2021. Previously, they worked at Adsphoria as a Social Media Manager from August 2020 to October 2020, where they successfully managed multiple social media accounts for various companies and focused on increasing engagement and likes. Prior to that, they worked at Chip-in Restobar as a Graphic Designer from January 2019 to July 2020, where they designed logos, menus, and managed social media accounts. Richard also has experience as a Japanese Teacher at both Rococo Global Technologies Corporation from June 2019 to November 2019 and Enli Language School from August 2016 to March 2017.

Richard Tamparong completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology at the University of Cebu from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Southwestern University (PH) between 2007 and 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Richard has obtained several certifications. Richard received the Certified Application Developer certification from ServiceNow in April 2021, as well as the Certified System Administrator certification from the same institution in February 2021. In February 2014, they completed the JLPT N3 Preparation Training at the Japan International Cooperation Center (JICE). Richard also earned the JLPT N3 certification from JEES - Japan Educational Exchanges and Services in January 2014. Richard completed the Job Preparation Training Level 3 at JICE in October 2013, and obtained the JLPT N4 certification from JEES in September 2013. Additionally, they completed the Job Preparation Training Level 2 at JICE in November 2012.
