Jessica Lepp

Jessica Lepp began their work experience as a Customer Service Agent at Best Buy in 2008, where they stayed until 2013. In 2012, they also worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Industrial/Organizational Psychology Lab. In 2013, Jessica started working at ROCS Grad Staffing, starting as a Lead Recruiter before becoming an Account Manager in 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at ROCS Grad Staffing, starting from October 2019.

Jessica Lepp attended Virginia Tech from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology with a minor in Business.
