Arnoud van Leer

Arnoud van Leer is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and control systems. Currently serving as Team Lead Applications and Customer Application Engineer at ROCSYS since October 2021, Arnoud previously held positions at Tata Steel in Europe as a Functional Designer and at Capgemini Engineering as a Senior Engineer/Consultant. Arnoud's expertise in testing began at Combinatie Rotterdamsebaan as a Test Engineer, where responsibilities included design review and testing of traffic systems. Earlier experience at Ampelmann Operations includes serving as Lead Engineer, Senior Motion Control Engineer, and Motion Control Engineer, where Arnoud was instrumental in developing advanced motion compensation systems. Arnoud's career commenced as a Graduate Student Intern at Ampelmann Operations, contributing to significant improvements in vessel motion compensation algorithms.
