Renee Baran

Renée Baran is currently serving as the Dean of Education at Rodale Institute, where students engage in an immersive curriculum encompassing soil science, botany, finance, and marketing. Previously, Renée held the position of Innovation Programs Manager at Lehigh University, managing interdisciplinary programs focused on entrepreneurial mindset and innovation. Renée's experience extends to Insteel Industries, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager, leading projects and liaising with management. As Director of Research and Marketing at Ortiz Engineered Products, Renée excelled in market development and client relations. Early career roles include B2B Sales at Aqua Solutions Plus and founding Renee Baran Presentations, focusing on collaborative communication and team building. Renée holds an M.Ed in Higher Education Administration from Argosy University and a B.A. in Communications from Elizabethtown College.
