Art de Leon

Art de Leon is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT service management and operations. Currently serving as a Senior ITSM Engineer at Rodan + Fields since January 2020, Art manages and develops ServiceNow instances while also acting as a Business Analyst for project collaborations. Previously, Art held roles including ServiceNow Business Analyst at Atos, where responsibilities included bridging client-developer communications and creating Business Requirements Documents. Art’s career also features leadership positions at WSP, where management of global tools and incident operations was a focus, as well as other roles in various companies that emphasized infrastructure design and system availability. Art graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1990.
