Dalia Stoddard

As Chief Transformation Officer at Rodan + Fields, Dalia Stoddard leads critical corporate priorities. Dalia has been with Rodan + Fields for the last 12 years and has held many roles, beginning her tenure with the company as Director, Product Development and Marketing and then serving as VP Product Development, SVP Business Transformation, and Chief Commercial Officer over the years. Prior to joining Rodan + Fields, Dalia worked as strategy consultant at Monitor Company (now Deloitte) and worked in Brand Management at Neutrogena, OPI Products, Graham Webb, and Conagra. In 2017, Dalia was recognized as a 2017 Honoree in the Cosmetic Executive Women’s (CEW) Top Talent Awards, which celebrates the next wave of exceptional, innovative beauty leaders. She graduated from Northwestern University with a dual degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics.
