Heather Steinhoff, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and management across various organizations. Beginning with roles at Festival Foods and Gundersen Lutheran, experience includes positions such as HR Intern and Front End Manager. Following these initial roles, Heather worked as a Recruiter at Aerotek before serving as an HR Generalist at Electronic Theatre Controls, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and payroll. As the Director of Human Resources at Hawkins, Ash, Baptie & Company, LLP, responsibilities included overseeing HR functions for a multi-office firm. Currently, Heather holds the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Dahl Automotive and is a CEO and Skincare Consultant with Rodan + Fields, promoting confidence and financial independence through skincare solutions. Education was obtained at Viterbo University.
