Marivic H. has over 25 years of experience in the Retail Management industry and is currently an Independent Consultant with Rodan + Fields, a role they began in 2015. After transitioning from various management positions at companies including Pier 1 Imports, Macy's, Ross Stores, and JCPenney, Marivic sought a more meaningful career and embraced entrepreneurship in skincare. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Fashion Merchandising at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Marivic is dedicated to coaching and mentoring individuals in building their businesses and achieving financial independence.
