Rachael Hibbs

Rachael Hibbs has extensive experience in administrative and operations roles, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the President at Rodda Paint Company since December 2016, where responsibilities include providing high-level support to senior leadership, coordinating events, and managing projects. Previously, Rachael held the position of Operations Manager at Solar Art Window Film, overseeing calendar management, budgeting, and installation processes. Rachael's career also includes a role as Operations Manager at the Hearing, Speech & Deafness Center, where operational efficiencies were enhanced, and as a Human Resources Specialist at Recovery Centers of King County, providing foundational HR support. Rachael holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Washington State University Global Campus, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Washington and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from South Seattle College.
