Lindsey Roddy

Lindsey Roddy has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Lindsey is currently the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at RoddyMedical, Inc. since April 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Post Anesthesia Care Unit - RN at Wisconsin Hospital from January 2017 to July 2022. In this role, they managed post-surgical patients immediately after various types of procedures, including those in oncology, behavioral health, pulmonary, gastrointestinal, bariatric, urological, gynecological, general surgical, neurological, and podiatry specialties. Lindsey also worked with both adult and pediatric patients.

Before joining Wisconsin Hospital, Lindsey worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee from June 2016 to June 2018. Additionally, they have experience as a Critical Care RN at Southeastern Wisconsin Hospital from November 2013 to January 2017.

Lindsey Roddy completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at Columbia College of Nursing from 2012 to 2013. Lindsey then pursued further education and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Nursing Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they studied from 2016 to 2023. Additionally, in November 2018, Lindsey obtained a certification titled "Esther Dyson on Cultivating Health at Scale" from LinkedIn.
