Anine Kongelf

Anine Kongelf is a seasoned professional in public health and emergency response, currently serving as a Seniorrådgiver/Analytiker at the Norwegian Red Cross since January 2023, specializing in preparedness and quantitative methods. Previously, Anine held the position of Public Health in Emergencies Senior Adviser at Folkhälsomyndigheten from September 2020 to December 2022, contributing to the COVID-19 coordination and surveillance unit as an EPIET fellow. Anine's extensive experience with the Norwegian Red Cross includes various roles from March 2014 to September 2020, particularly in community-based surveillance and emergency health responses, including missions for cholera and Ebola outbreaks with the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. Anine holds a Master of Science in Reproductive and Sexual Health Research from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in International Development from the University of Oslo.
