Elmelda Obwocha has over 17 years of experience in finance, currently serving as a Finance Development Delegate at the Norwegian Red Cross since October 2019. Prior to this role, Elmelda worked as a Finance Analyst with the International Federation of Red Cross & Red Crescent Societies from January 2006 to October 2019. Elmelda holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Nairobi, earned between 2009 and 2011.
