Roy Horne

Roy Horne is an experienced business professional currently serving as a Business Relation Manager at Norwegian Red Cross since February 2020. Horne has a diverse background, having held various leadership and consulting roles, including Consultant/Project Manager/CEO at Plain Operations from January 2013 to March 2020 and Consultant/Project Manager at Camellia AS, where significant contributions were made to the infrastructure rebuilding of Nemi Insurance using the TIA insurance system. Horne played a pivotal role in the growth of several companies, co-founding IT_Prosjektpartner and contributing to the expansion of Danotech AS. An extensive tenure at Hewlett-Packard from 1985 to 1995 further established Horne’s expertise in IT, project leadership, and operational management. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Science IT from the University of Liverpool and a Kandidat degree in IT from NKI Datahøgskolen.
