Bart Heylen

Bart Heylen is an experienced ICT professional currently serving as the ICT Applicatiemanager for Dienst voor het Bloed at Rode Kruis-Vlaanderen since September 2019. Previously, Bart held the position of Project Manager at Ordina for eleven years, from September 2008 to September 2019. Prior to that, Bart worked as a Business Analyst at Aleris Aluminum from 2001 until August 2008. Bart holds a degree from Lessius Hogeschool Antwerpen, obtained between 1991 and 1996.
