Gilou Ghesquière

Gilou Ghesquière is a dedicated professional with experience in humanitarian assistance and international relations. Currently serving as a Begeleider at Rode Kruis-Vlaanderen since October 2021, Ghesquière supports applicants for international protection in Alsemberg. Previous roles include a Schuman Trainee at the European Parliament and an intern in the Private Sector Partnerships Unit at UNHCR, where contributions focused on mobilizing resources for critical interventions. Ghesquière holds a Master of Science in Public Administration and Management from Universiteit Gent and has furthered education in International Relations & Diplomacy at Universiteit Antwerpen, alongside an Erasmus exchange program at Corvinus University in Budapest.
