Leandro Jose G.

Leandro Jose G. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and new product introduction. Currently serving as Manufacturing Engineering Manager and New Product Introduction Manager at RØDE since April 2023, Leandro previously held similar roles at Baraja from October 2018 to March 2023, where responsibilities included leading manufacturing ramp-up strategies and managing multiple engineering teams. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Memjet Technology, Silverbrook Research, ON Semiconductor, and PerkinElmer Optoelectronics, showcasing expertise in process development, project management, and technology development. Leandro completed a Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Physics from the University of the Philippines.
