Roland Dimbath

Roland Dimbath serves as the COO of Rodenstock Group since April 2006, overseeing global responsibilities in production, engineering, supply chain management, sourcing, and quality management. Previously, as Head of Sales and Operations for Eastern Europe, Roland nearly doubled volumes at the largest Rx production site in Europe within four years and led sales teams to achieve the fastest growth in the region for three consecutive years. In the role of Head of Logistics and Purchasing, Roland successfully implemented a market-driven supply chain that achieved industry-leading performance, introduced advanced commodity management processes, and eliminated maverick buying, resulting in significant annual savings. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Manager at Arthur D. Little from 1999 to 2006. Roland Dimbath holds a Dipl. Wirtsch.-Ing in Business and Electrical Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Grenoble INP - Génie industriel.
