Rolf Stefan Schaefer has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Rolf Stefan worked at Rodenstock GmbH from 2009 to the present, starting as a Pricing Manager responsible for international price positioning of lenses. Rolf Stefan then became a Business Steering Manager before their current role as Head of Business Steering & Pricing. Prior to Rodenstock, they worked as a Consultant at Simon - Kucher & Partners from 2006 to 2009.
