Pierre Violanti

Pierre Violanti is a seasoned motion technical director with extensive experience in rigging and visual effects within the animation industry. As the Lead Motion TD at Rodeo FX since November 2017, Pierre oversees the development and support of motion pipeline tools across multiple departments, enhancing workflows for rigging, character effects, animation, and crowd simulation. Previous roles include Lead Rigging TD at Mikros Animation, where Pierre managed teams and spearheaded rigging development for projects like "Captain Underpants." With a foundational education in mechanical engineering and computer graphics, complemented by ongoing training in Maya API and C++, Pierre continues to contribute to the field through innovative tool development and problem-solving.
