Aaron Worley

Aaron Worley is a highly experienced land surveyor, currently serving as Principal and Professional Land Surveyor at Rodgers Consulting since September 2001. In this role, Aaron leads a team focused on securing entitlements for residential and commercial land development projects across various municipalities in Maryland, actively identifying and addressing issues in the subdivision and development approval process. Prior to this, Aaron worked at Worley Surveying (now Hanover Land Services) from June 1993 to September 2001, where responsibilities included client principal, project manager, and technician for boundary surveys, subdivisions, and septic designs in south central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland, requiring a thorough understanding of local subdivision and zoning regulations. Educational qualifications include a minor in Engineering from the Community College of Baltimore County and a certificate in AutoCAD.
