Kontessa Roebuck

Kontessa Roebuck is an experienced landscape designer currently working at Rodgers Consulting since July 2021. Previously, Kontessa held the position of GIS Technician with the City of Baltimore from November 2019 to July 2021 and worked as a landscape designer at P.E.L.A. Design, Inc. from February 2019 to July 2021, as well as at the Community Design Assistance Center from March 2018 to October 2018. Early career experience includes serving as a dispatcher and maintenance assistant for Shuttle-UM from June 2013 to February 2018, where responsibilities included coordinating bus operations and performing vehicle maintenance. Kontessa holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy (2021-2022) and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland (2012-2016).
