Stuart Rodriguez

Stuart Rodriguez, P.E. is a skilled civil engineer with a diverse background in engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Rodgers Consulting since February 2020, Stuart previously held positions as a Project Engineer at Drum, Loyka & Associates, LLC, and as an Engineer I at Bowman Consulting. With experience that includes developing grading permit submittal packages, CAD drafting, stormwater management design, and construction estimating, Stuart has demonstrated expertise in site design and project management. Early career experience includes internships at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company and Audacious Inquiry, LLC, where responsibilities ranged from bid revisions and construction estimating to compliance with HIPAA regulations. Stuart earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2017.
