Magdalena Krell

Magdalena Krell is currently working as a Junior Referentin für Employer Branding und Diversity at Rödl & Partner since July 2023. Prior to this role, Magdalena was a Werkstudentin im Bereich Inklusion und Diversity Management at Stadt Erlangen from January 2020 to March 2023. Magdalena also has experience as a Praktikantin im Bereich Antisikriminierung und Gleichstellung at IAVE from March 2017 to October 2018. Magdalena holds a Master of Arts in Soziologie from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, completed in March 2023, and a Bachelor of Arts in Ökonomie und Soziologie from the same university, completed in September 2020. Magdalena also has volunteered at the Kulturamt Stadt Augsburg in April 2010.
