Paul started their career at TSR Wireless as a Creative Director, where they managed the creative content for 350 retail stores nationwide. Paul then worked at Medieval Times as a Marketing Manager, overseeing advertising and promotional activities. After that, they joined Stratland Homes as a Director of Sales and Marketing, where they developed marketing plans and managed a team of 5. Paul later joined LTS Homes as a Director of Sales and Marketing, leading a team of 15+ and producing over $100 million in annual sales. Currently, Paul is serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at Rodman Media, where they oversee all marketing/sales strategies and creative development. Paul has successfully increased website sessions and page views by implementing SEO/SEM strategies and managing data analytics.
Paul Simansky earned their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Graphic Design from County College of Morris from 1992 to 1995. Paul then pursued their Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Advertising & Design at Rowan University from 1995 to 1997.
