Creative. Entrepreneurial. Responsible. Sensitive.
A progressive firm with a studio atmosphere and a flexible team who share in all aspects of the work, including marketing, design, construction administration. We are currently working on a full slate of projects involving urban design, master planning, commercial, residential and mixed-use developments, infill redevelopment, multi-family housing, and landscape restoration and renovation.

At RE+P, excellent design can't happen without exceptional people and partners. We are talented people, inspired by work that we love. Our construction and design solutions come from individual dedication and hard work. We don't over plan, we look for opportunities, and our company is sustained by our shared sense of excitement and our commitment to serve every client. Our passion is accomplishing our client's vision.

RE + P begins with the idea that we exist to serve our clients. Serving our clients is put into action by listening to what is important to them. Experience has taught us that each client has expectations of budget, schedule, and quality.
We seek to understand the priority of these three elements early in every project to ensure that we achieve our client’s goals. We’re only successful if our clients are successful.

We move forward only when we know our solution is right for our clients, our employees, and our company. It may not be the fastest route. Or the easiest. But it's the only outcome we're willing to accept because we're convinced: doing the right thing is always the right thing to do.

Each time we accept an assignment, we open ourselves to new design and construction challenges. We seize those challenges with technical expertise and years of experience. Taking ownership means building a team that values trust, honest communication, and accountability, along with personal and professional growth, all while assisting clients in achieving the success of their projects.
