Argilio Rodriguez, Esq. founded Rodriguez Law in 2010 and is widely recognized for successfully representing businesses and employers in high-stakes, complex matters, in such areas as employment litigation, business litigation, liquor licensing, and cannabis licensing, throughout New York.
Mr. Rodriguez has been a speaker for the NYC Bar Association, New York Police Department, NYC Business Solutions, and various Chambers of Commerce throughout New York City.

He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Dominican Bar Association and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Queens. And has served as a Regional Deputy for the Hispanic National Bar Association (Region 2).
Mr. Rodriguez has been named both a Rising Star and Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers magazine 2015 - present in Business Litigation and/or Employment Litigation (Defense).
As the son of Dominican immigrants born and raised in the Washington Heights section of Northern Manhattan, he is a fluent Spanish speaker and prides himself on playing an integral role in the advancement of the Latino business community throughout New York City and is a vocal advocate of immigrant rights.
