Marsha Perry Taras

Marsha Perry Taras has over two decades of experience in construction management and operations, holding key leadership roles in multiple organizations. At Roebbelen Contracting, Inc., Marsha served as Senior Vice President, Vice President of Construction Management Services, and Director of Construction Management Services from August 2015 to January 2023. Prior to that, Marsha was the Executive Director of National Development and Operations at Vanir Construction Management, Inc. from August 2012 to August 2015. Additional experience includes serving as Regional Director at gkkworks and Project Manager at Environmental Science Associates. Marsha began her career at Elk Grove Unified School District as Planning Manager and Planner. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Applied Behavioral Science with a focus on Community Development from the University of California, Davis, and a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of San Francisco.
