David Harrelson

David Harrelson has over 30 years of experience in the construction and business development sectors. Since May 1995, David has worked at Roebuck Buildings Co., Inc. in various roles including Business Development, Construction Consultant, and Project Management, focusing on sales and project management. Additionally, since May 1999, David has been the owner of The Plant Outlet, overseeing business development, estimating, and accounting. Prior experience includes serving as Project Controls Manager at Lockwood Greene (CH2MHill) from May 1990 to May 1995, where responsibilities included estimating, cost engineering, and corporate finance. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Science and Management from Clemson University, earned in 1990.
