Brian Lathrop

Brian Lathrop is a seasoned professional in manufacturing and operations management, currently serving as the Manufacturing Operations Manager at Roehm since December 2023. Previously, Brian held the role of Manufacturing / Purchasing Manager at Bauer from January 2020 to June 2024, and served as the Engineering / Plant Manager at Trelleborg Engineered Coated Fabrics from December 2009 to August 2019. Earlier experience includes positions such as Materials Management Supervisor and Quality/Process Innovation Leader at Ingersoll Rand, and Manufacturing Engineer at both The Timken Company and Torrington. Brian holds a Master of Business Administration from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
