Claus Weidtmann

Claus Weidtmann is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in chemical engineering and plant management. Since August 2019, Claus has been serving as the Site Operations Manager at Röhm. Prior to this role, Claus held various positions at Evonik from July 2015 to August 2019, including Head of Plant Engineering and Plant Manager for Production & Technology. Earlier professional experience includes significant roles at Degussa Huls AG and Degussa AG, where Claus worked as a Plant Engineer and Project Engineer, among other titles. Claus holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Chemical Engineering from TU Dortmund University.
