Jan Friedrich has extensive experience in IT service management, currently serving as Service Manager for the IT Service Management Platform at Röhm since August 2019. Prior roles include IT Service Management employee at Evonik and project collaborator in process modeling at GfK. Jan Friedrich was also involved with Contact & Cooperation Würzburg e.V. as a member of the student consulting group from April 2014 to February 2019, and returned to Evonik for a second tenure in IT service management from August 2015 to April 2018.
